It's been another great week within the SongPond camp with some great Piano songs and Guitar tutorials added.

For the Pianists:

Lionel Richie - Endless Love

The song Endless Love (1981) was written produced and performed by Lionel Richie, accompanied on the recording by Diana Ross. This was the theme song to a movie of the same title. Endless Love was a number 1 hit throughout the charts, a wedding favorite, and nominated for both an Academy award, and an Oscar. Covered (1994) by Mariah Carey and Luther Vandross also did well in the charts. This is a beautiful song to learn to play on the piano.


The Eagles - Desperado

"Desperado" is a song by the rock band Eagles, written by Glenn Frey and Don Henley. It first appeared on the 1973 album Desperado. Accompanied by Glenn Frey on piano, the lead vocalist, Don Henley, begs the subject of the song, a "desperado", to return home, implies that this Desperado is using pleasure to avoid dealing with his pain, and tells him that these pleasures will hurt him eventually.
